What to wear

 

- Students should wear loose-fitting sports clothes as well as clean indoor trainers. Students can also wear a Gi if desired, however, this could be too hot to wear on warmer training days 

 

For contact activities students must come equipped with:

-Mouthguard (MUST)

-Your own Boxing gloves (16 oz ideally)

-Your own head guard (optional)

-MMA style shin protectors (optional)

Prices 

-All students must have an active membership (£30/year)

-4 Junior classes per month (£40/month) paid by monthly direct debit

All students must have up-to-date insurance and membership if unsure please ask us and we can let you know if you need to renew your membership
